My Story

Hello! I’m Kayli and it’s been a series of synchronistic events that led me down this path. Being here now, I feel so grateful that both my passion and purpose have aligned. From my very first mystical experience with psilocybin, nearly fifteen years ago, I was forever changed by the insights that were revealed to me. Over the years I have returned to the medicine often, in the woods, deserts, mountains of Oaxaca, amongst my closest friends and partners, always using it with intention, with the purpose of releasing stuck patterns and gaining clarity for my healing, and the healing of others.

I have an MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, where I trained as a Marriage and Family Therapist. I view individuals through a psychodynamic lens, utilizing somatic techniques, mindfulness practices, attachment-theory, and a transpersonal approach to guide clients towards finding peace and wholeness within themselves, and in their interpersonal relationships. In 2023 I received certification in Psilocybin-Assisted Therapy from Fluence where I trained in a trauma-informed, mindfulness-based approach. I spent a year apprenticing in a ketamine clinic, however psilocybin remains the medicine that I feel most called to. I look forward to training future psychedelic facilitators as a faculty member of Fluence’s upcoming Colorado training program.

I’ve lived in New York, Los Angeles, and Asheville, before ending up here in Portland. The trees got me! Prior to entering the field of mental health, I worked as a writer. Always curious about the lives of others, I am intimately aware of how the stories we stick to can stick to us too—and how cathartic it can be when we release them.

I am warm, nurturing, funny, intelligent, intuitive, and non-judgmental. I welcome people from all backgrounds and communities into my practice.
