Letting you let go…

It is a great honor to be able to support others on their journey towards their highest selves. We all have an innate capacity to heal, an ability to shed the layers that no longer serve us. Psilocybin is a powerful tool that can help us think about, feel into, and release the stories, patterns, addictions, behaviors, and blocks that we unconsciously cling to so that light and insights may flow more freely.

Letting go may feel intimidating. My job as a facilitator is to make sure you feel held, safe and trusting in me, yourself, and the mushrooms that are guiding you so that you can comfortably surrender to the experience. Working from a trauma-informed, mindfulness-based approach, I am deeply attuned to the mind-body connection. I work from an intentional and intuitive place. With a warm, open, non-judgmental style, I have a unique capacity to hold space for those facing issues around self-worth, relationships, anxiety, depression, CPTSD, loss, and intergenerational trauma.

  • INTRODUCTORY CALL

To begin, let’s get to know each other with a complimentary call. Here you can ask any questions and I can share with you a deeper look into the process. If we decide to move forward, I will then send you an in-depth intake form that will help both of us begin to understand what our work will be together.

THE PROCESS

  • PREP

Either in person or on zoom, we will meet twice, in the days and weeks prior to your administration session. Here, you’ll work to decide which direction you’re shooting the arrow of your intentions in, while also developing trust in wherever it may go.

In this time, I’ll work to understand how I can best support you on this journey, what tools we can bring in to make sure you feel as grounded as possible, and, if it serves you, we will work to cultivate mindfulness or somatic tools for regulation.

  • JOURNEY

We’ll begin by assuring you feel a sense of groundedness, that you are comfortable and prepared to surrender to the experience. You will relax back on to a bed with an eyeshade on, listening to a curated playlist that will guide you through your journey. I will be by your side the entire time, safely holding the container, writing down material, holding your hand whenever requested, directing you inward while also engaging with you when you come out. We may be together for four hours, or even eight. There is no rush to this process.

  • INTEGRATION

Days after your journey session we will meet again in person or on zoom. Here you will have a safe space to unpack and work to make meaning of what came up for you on your journey. What behaviors, thoughts, and feelings are shifting? What patterns are you working to release? There may be journaling, art, movement, or nature involved in this process. Our second integration session will be a few weeks later, to allow more time for unfolding to occur. If future integration sessions are desired, they can be booked separately.

My Story

Hello! I’m Kayli and it’s been a series of synchronistic events that led me down this path. Being here now, I feel so grateful that both my passion and purpose have aligned. From my very first mystical experience with psilocybin, nearly fifteen years ago, I was forever changed by the insights that were revealed to me. Over the years I have returned to the medicine often, in the woods, deserts, mountains of Oaxaca, amongst my closest friends and partners, always using it with intention, with the purpose of releasing stuck patterns and gaining clarity for my healing, and the healing of others.

I have an MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, where I trained as a Marriage and Family Therapist. I view individuals through a psychodynamic lens, utilizing somatic techniques, mindfulness practices, attachment-theory, and a transpersonal approach to guide clients towards finding peace and wholeness within themselves, and in their interpersonal relationships. In 2023 I received certification in Psilocybin-Assisted Therapy from Fluence where I trained in a trauma-informed, mindfulness-based approach. I spent a year apprenticing in a ketamine clinic, however psilocybin remains the medicine that I feel most called to. I look forward to training future psychedelic facilitators as a faculty member of Fluence’s upcoming Colorado training program.

I’ve lived in New York, Los Angeles, and Asheville, before ending up here in Portland. The trees got me! Prior to entering the field of mental health, I worked as a writer. Always curious about the lives of others, I am intimately aware of how the stories we stick to can stick to us too—and how cathartic it can be when we release them.

I am warm, nurturing, funny, intelligent, intuitive, and non-judgmental. I welcome people from all backgrounds and communities into my practice.

TESTIMONIALS

“I feel a deep connection with Kayli only after meeting her a few times. This must be why she has chosen her work, to help others.”

N.K.

“As someone who was new to psychedelics, it was very important to me that I had someone to accompany me that I trusted. From the first time I talked with Kayli I felt a connection and her warmth was obvious. She was accepting, a great listener, and obviously someone with a lot of wisdom. She took her time during the preparation and integration sessions to make sure I was cared for. During the session her support was amazing, she gave me her full attention and I was so happy she was there. “

T.C.

“Kayli is knowledgeable, intuitive, and supportive. I had a lot of fear and anxiety going into this, but she made me feel seen, understood, and taken care of while under the medicine. Thanks to her guidance, I was able to open up to quite a positive and profound experience. Selfishly, I don't want to tell you how great she is - for fear of creating a future waitlist for myself, but, if you are looking for a fantastic healer and facilitator... ‘She's it.’”

M.J.

“I continue to notice good changes in the way I think and live. For example I realized that in my inner dialog I’ve always referred to myself as ‘you’ instead of ‘I.’ Turns out ‘I’ makes a huge difference for feeling responsibility for my actions.”

-R.J.

“I felt at home with Kayli, she has such a nice way of caring. secure, comforting, attentive, sincere.”

A.G.

“I couldn’t have asked for a better guide in the preparation, journey and integration experience. Kayli was wonderfully attuned, informed, grounded and soothing throughout the whole process. I felt truly seen and held with my intentions… It was my first psilocybin experience, and Kayli was the perfect facilitator easing any of my anxieties or concerns and truly provided the right set and setting for me to have a powerful, mystical and healing journey.”

H.G.

“I underwent a session during a challenging period in my life post-divorce. Thanks to Kayli’s guidance, I found myself again. It felt like each hour of therapy equaled a year of personal growth.”

L.D.

"I was so grateful to have Kayli by my side throughout my first psilocybin journey. She had a very reassuring and soothing presence, helping support me through an experience I needed to have and asking the right questions to help me extract meaning out of it. I appreciate her attention to detail throughout the process. I could tell that being with me was a priority to her and she was fully present. I felt safe and cared for by her. She has helped make the experience beautifully healing in many ways."

R.C.

“With Kayli's guidance, I was able to walk away from this transformative experience with more direction, lasting change, and a deeper knowledge about myself. Her grounding, intuitive, and innately comforting presence was exactly what I needed to move forward in my journey of healing from past trauma.“

C.K

“I was in search of a type of therapy that tapped into my deep psyche. I’d heard of mushroom therapy before but didn’t feel connected to the process until I met Kayli. In helping me prepare, she explained how to set my intention and even provided mindfulness tools to make sure I was as prepared as I could be for the journey. My psilocybin session with Kayli was life changing, it redirected me to what’s important, and reassured me in the path I am working towards.”

A.G.

“I felt guided in the right direction when I didn’t know where I was going, and I felt moved by her concern for me and my comfort in her company.”
